Elise is also proud to expand Elevation’s offerings to include pelvic health physical therapy, providing specialized care for conditions often overlooked in traditional physical therapy settings. She is joined by Luisa Sublett, PT, who brings over 30 years of experience in physical therapy to our team. Luisa’s depth of knowledge and commitment to individualized care have helped countless patients achieve long-term health and recovery. Orthopedic Rehabilitation
We provide customized treatment for musculoskeletal injuries and post-surgical recovery, including care for the back, neck, shoulders, hips, knees, and more. Our goal is to reduce pain, restore mobility, and improve strength and function.

Post-Surgical Rehab
Our therapists work closely with referring surgeons to ensure safe and effective recovery after procedures such as joint replacements, rotator cuff repairs, ACL reconstruction, and spinal surgeries.

Sports Injury Rehabilitation
We help athletes of all levels recover from sports-related injuries through targeted strength, flexibility, and movement training that promotes a safe return to play and helps prevent future injuries.

Pelvic Health Physical Therapy
