Callie Baker is originally from Russellville, Arkansas she graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with her Master of Occupational Therapy degree. Callie leads the Occupational Therapy department and is certified in LSVT BIG that is focused on patients with Parkinson’s to help them improve their ability to dress, groom, transfer, and walk.  Callie became an Occupational Therapist because of her brother who was greatly affected by a motor vehicle accident both physically and mentally. Callie watched her brother receive occupational and physical therapy and return to an independent life because. She was able to see the holistic impact that occupational therapy had on his recovery, and she wanted to be a part of that kind of profession.  Callie currently resides in the Hot Springs area with her husband, Frank, and daughter, Jaylea, and dog, Bella. She loves Mexican food and Rock Blues music.  The top of her bucket list is to see the Northern Lights. Callie feels her greatest achievement is learning how to focus her talents and efforts to positively affect the lives of others.
